Put the map in your pocket, grab one of the big leg bones and club the dog if he attacks.Go further into the cave bearing to the left looking for the other exit.
Look around for any tools or equipment left by the dead guy.
Grab another bone from the skeleton and throw it at the wolf!
After you kill the wolf/dog skin it with your knife and make a cape with the wolf's head attached like a hat to wear later.
Throw the bone you obtained earlier deeper into the cave to lure the wolf away. Then, run out of the cave heading towards the $ mark on the map.
